• Identify and contact prospective students, colleges, institutes, and industry partners to enroll them in Eudoxia’s research‑based programs, internships, and training offerings.
• Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and opportunities in the education and research‑services sector.
• Present Eudoxia’s programs (such as IIP and other research initiatives) to clients, explain benefits, and close enrollments or institutional tie‑ups.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with academic institutes, training partners, and corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly targets for enrollment, tie‑ups, and revenue, and report progress to the management.

Typical qualifications and skills

• Usually a Master’s degree in any discipline; preference for MBA or related management courses.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or educational sales (varies by posting).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfort with fieldwork, travel, and networking.
