Job Title: Area Sales Executive – Dialysis & ENT (North East)

Location: Guwahati, Assam (Field Role – Covering the Entire North East)

Job Summary

Aaditri TPS Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an energetic and self-driven Area Sales Executive to manage our Dialysis and ENT portfolio across the North East region. The role involves developing business with private hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, multispecialty hospitals, and ENT specialists while building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Dialysis and ENT products across the North East region.

- Develop business with private hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.

- Meet nephrologists, ENT surgeons, purchase departments, biomedical engineers, and hospital management.

- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical discussions with customers.

- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners across the region.

- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Travel extensively across all North Eastern states.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 2–5 years of experience in medical device, dialysis, or healthcare sales.

- Experience in handling hospital sales is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the North East.

- Valid driving license is preferred.
