CDP / DCDP / Commi Chef - Bakery - Bhopal Bakehouse And Cafe

For CDP / DCDP:

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery and pastry production kitchen.
• Ensure consistent production of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie, cookies, and related bakery products.
• Maintain product quality, presentation standards, and recipe consistency.
• Plan and organize daily production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate requisitions for raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI standards.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior team members and commis chefs.
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients and resources.
• Support new product development and seasonal menu launches.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance requirements promptly.

For Commis Chef:

• Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items.
• Support the bread, pastry, cake, and dessert sections as required.
• Follow recipes, production plans, and instructions from senior chefs.
• Assist with scaling, mixing, baking, decorating, finishing, and packaging of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock using FIFO practices.
• Support production during peak periods and special orders.
