Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant who can handle day-to-day accounting, billing, quotation preparation, invoice generation, purchase entries, stock records, and overall accounts management.

ResponsibilitiesThe candidate should be able to:

• Prepare quotations for customers
• Raise sales invoices
• Maintain purchase entries
• Record purchased stock entries
• Maintain stock inward and stock outward records
• Track available stock and material movement
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts
• Handle payment follow-ups and receipt entries
• Maintain total accounts records
• Prepare basic reports such as sales, purchase, stock, and outstanding payments
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and installation teams for billing and material records
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and purchase bills
• Work with accounting software
• Maintain Excel sheets whenever required
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting basics
• Experience in invoice and quotation preparation
• Knowledge of stock entry, stock inward, and stock outward
• Basic knowledge of GST billing is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to maintain records properly
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Should be responsible and detail-oriented
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
