Job Description

Cold calling to prospective students

Managing walk-in, online, and telephonic inquiries from prospective students.

Counseling students and guiding them through the admission process.

Converting inquiries and walk-ins into admissions while meeting enrollment targets.

Maintaining student records and performing data entry in the management system.

Handling student complaints, queries, and administrative support.

Planning and coordinating daily batch schedules and academic activities.

Managing fee collection, recovery follow-ups, receipt issuance, and record maintenance.

Coordinating examinations, center communications, and result processing.

Maintaining bookkeeping records, monthly account reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the training/education center.
