Job Description

Process: Education Counsellor | Admissions Sales

Location: Baner / Alandi, Pune

Company: MIT School of Distance Education

Role:

  • Counsel students for Online PGDM Programs
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads
  • Convert inquiries into admissions
  • Achieve admission and revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Eligibility:

  • Experience in Education Counselling / Admissions / Sales
  • Good Communication & Convincing Skills
  • Comfortable with Cold Calling and Lead Conversion

Salary:

  • ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 In-Hand
  • Attractive Incentives
  • Hike on Previous CTC

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Sunday Fixed Off
  • 1st Saturday Off Every Month
