Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to manage our social media presence, increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads through effective social media strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics).
• Manage social media calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create campaigns.
• Generate leads and improve brand visibility through organic and paid strategies.
• Required Skills1–3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are an advantage.
