Store Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage the stores for electronic and electrical components by ensuring systematic receipt, storage, inventory control, documentation, and timely material issuance to production. 

• Manage the overall functioning of the Stores Department.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming electronic and electrical materials systematically.
• Handle the inward and outward movement of materials for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of all materials.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Supplier Invoices.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control Department for inspection of incoming materials.
• Monitor stock availability and initiate replenishment requests whenever required.
• Perform stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in the system
• Ensure safe storage practices and compliance with company quality standards.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems/ERP will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Stores Management, preferably in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Freshers with the required educational qualifications may also apply.
