Sales Head

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Head to oversee and strengthen our sales operations while driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and foster the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Design and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational departments to enhance sales performance.

• Track sales performance indicators and offer practical recommendations for enhancements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
