Job Description
We are seeking a versatile, result-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to oversee our online retail operations and drive customer acquisition across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing major Indian B2C marketplaces, driving B2B sales leads, and running high-ROI paid ad campaigns. If you have a strong background in retail sectors like Apparel, Footwear, or Jewellery Sales and know how to scale both marketplace and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, we want you on our team.
- Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace & E-commerce Sales ManagementMulti-Channel Operations: Manage end-to-end storefront execution on major B2C marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon, Tata Cliq) and our native D2C brand website.
- Industry-Specific Merchandising: Optimize listing attributes, sizing charts, and product variants specifically tailored for Apparel Sales, Footwear Sales, and Jewellery Sales.
- B2B Channel Growth: Handle business-to-business lead generation and listing setups on portals like IndiaMART to optimize Wholesalers/Distributors Sales.
- 2. Paid Marketing & Advertising (Performance Marketing)Social Media Campaigns: Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad funnels utilizing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions to our website.
- Search Engine Marketing: Set up, monitor, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Shopping, Search, and Performance Max) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Meta Search Engine Optimization: Leverage data feeds and performance tracking across broader meta-search engines and comparison platforms to widen product discovery.
- 3. Cataloging, SEO & Inventory ControlSearch Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research to implement robust on-page and backend SEO techniques, improving the organic rankings of product listings and web pages.
- Stock Coordination: Work alongside production and warehouse teams to ensure flawless inventory levels across B2B wholesale and B2C retail pipelines.
- Discounts & Sales Events: Plan and run promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and platform-specific banner events.
- Required Skills and Qualifications (Key Skill Tags)Domain Expertise: Proven experience in online retail ecosystems with specific exposure to Ecommerce Sales across the lifestyle segments (Apparel, Footwear, or Jewellery).
- B2B & B2C Strategy: Deep understanding of retail consumer behavior as well as B2B dynamics for handling Wholesalers/Distributors Sales.
- Performance Marketing: High proficiency in handling digital dashboards for Marketing, specifically Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Technical SEO: Sharp understanding of SEO principles, platform algorithms, and Meta Search Engine optimizations.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills to track conversion rates, ad spend efficiency (ROAS), and generate performance reports for leadership.
