Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)


Location: Noida (Work From Office)


Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply for BDE role.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
