Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Identify and generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order execution.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred: Experience in artificial plants, FRP products, landscaping, interior décor, or related industries.
