Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing conference production division. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to senior-level corporate executives to sell delegate passes, exhibition spaces, and commercial packages for our upcoming industry-leading conferences. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at navigating gatekeepers to reach corporate decision-makers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Ticket & Space Sales: Conduct a high volume of outbound B2B cold and warm calls daily to close sales for conference delegate seats, workshops, and booth spaces.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify prospective corporate clients, industry leaders, and relevant professionals using LinkedIn, industry directories, and internal databases.
  • Pitch Senior Executives: Deliver compelling sales pitches to C-suite executives, directors, and managers, clearly communicating the ROI, networking opportunities, and educational value of attending our events.
  • Overcome Objections: Confidently handle objections regarding budget, timing, and relevance by aligning event content with the prospect's business challenges.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales notes in our CRM platform.
  • Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed daily call time targets, lead conversion rates, and weekly/monthly revenue quotas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the conference production and marketing teams to stay updated on speaker lineups, agenda changes, and promotional campaigns.
