**Job Responsibilities:**
* Data entry and record maintenance
* Billing and invoice entry
* Managing office documents and files
* Preparing reports in MS Excel
* Email handling and office coordination
* Stock and inventory record management
* Providing administrative support to the team
**Requirements:**
* HSC / Graduate
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
* Good communication and organizational skills
