Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and campaign performance analysis to increase brand visibility and generate quality sales leads.


Key Responsibilities -


  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging posts, reels, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with designers and content writers for creatives, brochures, videos, and advertisements.
  • Perform SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Update website content, landing pages, blogs, and project information.
  • Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and SMS campaigns.
  • Track website traffic using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, leads generated, and marketing spend.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
