Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Cook to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes as per recipes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, breakfast items, and other continental cuisine.

Knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and breakfast items.

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Culinary diploma or hotel management qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
