Job Description

a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can produce engaging, scroll-stopping video content for paid ads and social media platforms

Create and edit high-converting video ads for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) with engaging visuals, captions, and effects

Develop performance-driven creatives including Canva designs, AI-generated videos, and UGC-style ads

Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with ad strategy and campaign goals

Analyze performance data and continuously optimize videos for better engagement and conversions

Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar)

Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, and viral content formats
