Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, and audience engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
• Write compelling captions and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
• Assist in influencer collaborations and social media advertising campaigns.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and current digital trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
