Job Description

Need Store In charge for Restaurant

Location- Deshapriya Park, Kolkata

Salary- As per industry

Qualification- Graduate

Job Role-

Inventory & Stock Management:

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes of food ingredients, beverages, linen, and cleaning supplies.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using our Inventory Management System. 

Purchasing & Vendor Relations:

Coordinate with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to forecast ordering needs.

Place orders with approved vendors and actively negotiate pricing to maintain food cost targets.

Inspect all incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, weight, and correct pricing against delivery notes.
