• Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential customers seeking personal, home, business loans.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

Process loan applications and ensure timely documentation and verification.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement of loans.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support.

Achieve monthly loan targets and ensure high conversion rates.

Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and policies.

• Qualifications

12 pass or graduate .

Proven experience in loan sales, finance, or banking is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic understanding of lending procedures and documentation.

Salary : 10,000 - 15,000 PM + incentive for fresher & experience employee salary negotiable .
