Job Description

Human Resources (HR)


1. Recruitment: Drafting job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Onboarding: Preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and setting up workstations for new hires.

3. Payroll & Attendance: Tracking daily attendance, managing leave records, and assisting with monthly payroll processing.

4. Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees; handling grievances and organizing engagement activities (team lunches, festivals, etc.).

5. Compliance: Maintaining physical and digital employee files and ensuring adherence to local labor laws.

6. Exit Management: Handling resignations, conducting exit interviews, and completing the full-and-final settlement process.


 Administrative Operations(Admin)


1. Office Management: Overseeing daily office cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs.

2. Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors for stationery, pantry supplies, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and utility payments.

3. Travel Coordination: Booking flights, hotels, and local transport for the team or management.

4. Front Desk: Managing incoming calls, couriers, and welcoming visitors or clients.

5. Documentation: Drafting official memos, circulars, and maintaining company-wide databases.


 Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for payroll/trackers) and basic HRIS software.


Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.


Multitasking: Ability to prioritize urgent admin tasks without letting HR deadlines (like payroll) slip.
