Location: Kolkata (Kankurgachi, Moulali, Lake Gardens, Chinar Park, Sector V, Southern Avenue)

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: One Paid Week Off

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Team Leader with experience in blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, the ability to build and maintain hiring pipelines, and experience in high-volume recruitment. Candidates with prior experience hiring hospitality and food service roles such as kitchen staff, chefs, café managers, stewards, and similar positions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities·       Lead and manage a recruitment team of 60–100 associates.

·       Handle end-to-end blue-collar hiring for multiple business locations.

·       Develop and maintain a strong hiring pipeline through various sourcing channels.

·       Utilize existing professional networks, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.

·       Monitor recruitment targets and ensure achievement of hiring goals.

·       Coordinate with operations and business teams to understand manpower requirements.

·       Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding coordination.

·       Ensure adherence to basic labor laws, hiring processes, and compliance requirements.

·       Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.

Desired Candidate Profile·       Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.

·       Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience hiring hospitality and food service roles such as kitchen staff, chefs, café managers, stewards, and similar positions, with a strong candidate network and a thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting for these profiles.

·       Proven experience in team handling and recruitment operations.

·       Strong network and sourcing capabilities.

·       Familiarity with job portals, vendor management, and recruitment agencies.

·       Good understanding of basic HR compliances and workforce management.

·       Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
