Are you an HR professional who loves building great workplaces? We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join our growing fintech team in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi — reporting directly to the CXOs.

📍 Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi

🏢 Company: I Money Pay Pvt Ltd (RBI Regulated | PPI + PA-O Licensed)

📅 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Mon–Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)

✅ Close collaboration with CXO leadership

What We're Looking For 👇

🔹 1-3 years in a core HR generalist or manager/executive role

🔹 Strong knowledge of EPF, ESI & payroll compliance

🔹 Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment

🔹 Good with documentation — offer letters, F&F, onboarding

🔹 People-first attitude with strong communication skills

🔹 Candidates from Pitampura & nearby areas preferred
