Guest Relations Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to deliver an exceptional experience to clients visiting our real estate projects and sales offices. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, coordinate with the sales team, manage client interactions, and ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to site visit. 

1 Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

2 Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

3 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely assistance and smooth client interactions.

4 Maintain accurate records of walk-in clients, leads, and guest feedback in the CRM system.

5 Assist in managing reservations, appointments, and guest check-ins/check-outs, as applicable.

6 Ensure meeting rooms are clean and fully equipped with the required stationery, presentation materials before client meetings and site visit discussions.

7 Ensure the reception and guest areas are well-maintained and uphold the organization's service standards.
