Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Bookkeeping: Maintain daily financial entries, ledgers, and cash/bank books using accounting software like Tally or Zoho.

Billing & Invoicing: Create sales invoices, record purchases, and handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS calculations, and E-way bills.

Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.

Reporting: Generate daily/weekly financial reports (MIS) and coordinate with external Chartered Accountants (CAs) for audits. 



Office Administration

Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing office communications, including emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages.

Vendor & Client Coordination: Handle purchasing, vendor payments, and client follow-ups for payments or order deliveries.

Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and dispatch documents.

Office Management: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with inventory management for office supplies. 



Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related finance/accounting qualification.

Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and accounting software (like Tally ERP, BUSY, or Zoho).

Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Local Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regional taxation laws and basic regional language proficiencies (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati in the Surat region).
