Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This position reports to the Marketing Head and works closely with other members of the marketing team. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. 
2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 
3. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to foster community engagement and drive audience growth. 
4. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines. 
5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 
6. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content assets including blog posts, infographics, videos, etc. to support marketing campaigns. 
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence. 
8. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness. 
9. Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead nurturing efforts. 
10. Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
