Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of customer service/support experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask.
