Job Description

Social Media Manager – The Janpath News



The Janpath News is looking for a talented and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across YouTube and social media platforms.

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Preference: Candidates from Delhi NCR


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage YouTube channel uploads and publishing
  • Optimize videos through YouTube SEO (Titles, Descriptions, Tags, Keywords)
  • Monitor YouTube Analytics and performance metrics
  • Plan content strategy to improve views, watch time, and subscriber growth
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other social platforms
  • Identify trending topics and audience opportunities
  • Coordinate with the editorial and video teams for content planning
  • Create regular performance reports and growth recommendations

Requirements:

  • Experience in YouTube SEO and Social Media Management
  • Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and social media algorithms
  • Knowledge of content strategy, audience growth, and engagement
  • Experience in news, media, or digital publishing will be preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
