Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage the Company's legal, regulatory, employment, and compliance matters.

The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, government notices, regulatory proceedings, cyber-related matters, and providing legal support across all branches of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Draft, review, and vet Employment Agreements, Offer Letters, NDAs, Service Agreements, Legal Notices, and other legal documents.

* Handle absconding employee cases, legal notices, recovery notices, and employment disputes.

* Initiate and manage fraud-related legal actions, including employee fraud, client fraud, cyber fraud, and financial fraud matters.

* Coordinate with banks for lien removal, account de-freezing, and other banking legal matters.

* Liaise with the Cyber Crime Cell, banks, and law enforcement authorities for complaint follow-up, investigations, and release of frozen bank accounts.

* Draft and respond to GST notices and coordinate with GST authorities.

* Handle EPF department notices, inspections, and official replies.

* Handle Labor Department notices, employee disputes, inspections, and legal responses.

* Represent the Company before statutory authorities whenever required.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate laws, and other applicable regulations.

* Provide legal advice to the Management on employment, compliance, contracts, and business matters.

* Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities as required.

Qualification

* LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized University.

* Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is preferred.

Experience

* 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Law, Labor Law, Employment Law, Banking Matters, Regulatory Compliance, or Litigation.

* Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Stock Market, or SEBI-regulated organizations will be an added advantage.
