Job Overview
We are hiring motivated and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager in the Insurance sector (Life, Motor & Health Insurance). The ideal candidate should have field sales experience and a strong ability to acquire and manage customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field sales activities.
Promote and sell Life, Motor, and Health Insurance products.
Meet prospective customers and explain product benefits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide policy-related guidance and after-sales support.
Maintain sales reports and customer records.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience.
Experience in Insurance Sales (Life, Motor, or Health Insurance) preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Graduate preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) and possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
