Job Description

आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स / इलेक्ट्रिकल) – जॉब विवरणपद का नामआईटीआई / डिप्लोमा टेक्नीशियन (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैन्युफैक्चरिंग)

  • योग्यताआईटीआई (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, वायरमैन या संबंधित ट्रेड)
  • अथवा डिप्लोमा (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स / इलेक्ट्रिकल)
  • फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँPCB की असेंबली, सोल्डरिंग एवं रिपेयर कार्य करना।
  • LED ड्राइवर, SMPS एवं अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उत्पादों की टेस्टिंग करना।
  • उत्पादन प्रक्रिया के अनुसार मशीनों का संचालन करना।
  • उत्पादन लक्ष्य (Production Target) के अनुसार समय पर कार्य पूरा करना।
  • गुणवत्ता (Quality) के मानकों का पालन करना।
  • दोषपूर्ण (Defective) उत्पादों की पहचान कर रिपोर्ट करना।
  • कार्यस्थल पर 5S एवं सुरक्षा (Safety) नियमों का पालन करना।
  • वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य करना।
  • दैनिक उत्पादन एवं टेस्टिंग रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
  • आवश्यक होने पर मशीनों की बेसिक सेटिंग एवं सामान्य रखरखाव (Basic Maintenance) में सहयोग करना।
  • आवश्यक कौशलइलेक्ट्रॉनिक कंपोनेंट्स की बेसिक जानकारी।
  • मल्टीमीटर एवं अन्य बेसिक टेस्टिंग उपकरणों का उपयोग।
  • सोल्डरिंग एवं डी-सोल्डरिंग का ज्ञान।
  • ड्रॉइंग, सर्किट डायग्राम एवं वर्क इंस्ट्रक्शन को समझने की क्षमता।
  • टीम में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • सीखने की इच्छा एवं सकारात्मक कार्य व्यवहार।
  • वांछनीय कौशल (यदि अनुभव हो)SMT, DIP या PCB Assembly का अनुभव।
  • LED Driver, SMPS या Power Supply की टेस्टिंग का अनुभव।
  • Production Line में कार्य का अनुभव।
  • ESD एवं Quality Standards की जानकारी।
  • उम्मीदवार से अपेक्षाएँसमय की पाबंदी एवं अनुशासन।
  • ईमानदारी एवं जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करना।
  • उत्पादन लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिए टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
  • कंपनी की गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा नीतियों का पालन करना।
  • सीखने एवं नई तकनीकों को अपनाने की इच्छा।
  • कार्य समयकंपनी की शिफ्ट के अनुसार।
  • आवश्यकता होने पर ओवरटाइम उपलब्ध।
  • वेतनयोग्यता एवं अनुभव के अनुसार।
  • प्रदर्शन के आधार पर वेतन वृद्धि एवं प्रोत्साहन (Incentive) उपलब्ध।
