Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused Operations & Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end operational activities across multiple brands under the Ourosa ecosystem.

The role involves supplier coordination, inventory management, purchase planning, order processing, logistics coordination, Amazon operations support, quality control, documentation, reporting, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building systems, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring that no customer inquiry, order, inventory movement, supplier communication, or business opportunity is missed.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

1. Procurement & Purchasing (Responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities.)

• Generate RFQs (Request for Quotations)

• Manage replenishment planning

Required Qualifications

Education Preferred:

• B.Com / BBA / BMS
• PG Diploma (Operations/Supply Chain)
• Engineering with operations experience
• Experience (Preferred 2–5 years)
