Operator - Wire Cutting & Soldering

Responsibilities :

• Perform precise manual wire cutting, stripping, and crimping using handheld tools.
• Do high-quality manual soldering (Through-Hole and SMT) to connect wires securely to PCBs and connector pins.
• Assemble multi-wire cables and build custom wiring harnesses for automotive components and diagnostic tools.
• Follow simple wiring diagrams or templates to ensure correct wire color and pin connections.
• Run quick quality checks and continuity testing using basic tools to ensure finished cables work properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle production tools safely.

Specific Requirements :

• Education: Must be a 12th Pass candidate or hold an ITI / Diploma certification in an electrical or electronics trade (Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Wireman, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Basic hands-on familiarity with a soldering iron, wire cutters, and crimping tools.
• Physical & Mental Traits: Good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and steady hands for precision assembly work.
• Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years old.
