Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Respond to inquiries received through digital platforms, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to potential buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Update customer interactions and lead status in the system.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Achieve individual KPIs related to lead qualification, site visit generation, and customer engagement.
