Our product range includes diamond saw blades, core drill bits, floor saw blades, wall saw blades, and other professional cutting solutions. We are expanding our sales network across India and are looking for ambitious sales professionals to grow with us.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to develop our dealer and distributor network across Rajasthan. The role involves travelling extensively, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our complete range of diamond tools and machinery. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to handle larger territories across North India and eventually Pan India.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, construction equipment suppliers, tile and stone tool dealers, and industrial customers.
  • Develop new dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell NSD diamond saw blades, core drill bits, machinery, and related products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and advantages.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the office regarding quotations, dispatches, customer complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports using WhatsApp or CRM.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and trade events.
  • Required QualificationsGraduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience in industrial products, hardware, construction equipment, power tools, building materials, or related industries.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.
  • Skills RequiredStrong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Good relationship-building and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Travel RequirementsExtensive travel across Rajasthan.
  • Overnight travel will be required.
  • Future assignments may include North India and other regions across India.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred.
