Quality Inspector

JOB DISCRIPTION  

                       Position: Inprocess Engineer QA  

Department:  

 Quality Assurance  

Educational Qualification:  

 BE / Diploma (Mechanical) 

Experience:  

 A minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience Quality. 

 Basic Knowledge of MS office  

 Knowledge of Basic Instrument handling,  

 Drawing reading , GD&T  

Primary Responsibilities: (detailed example below) 

 The person will be responsible for In process inspection handling in all shift.  

 Red bin analysis shifts wise. 

 Daily Poka-yoke verification & update shift wise. 

 SPC to be conduct as per SC/CC parameters. 

 Improvement trial activities & report preparation. 

 Line wise issue handling. 

 Stage wise part inspection & resolving the quality issue. 

 CAPA study for rework & rejection. 

 Daily Dashboard to be publish. 

 Daily PDI report preparation. 

 Layout Inspection to be conduct as per plan. 

 In-house PPM monitoring

 Strong technical judgment & understanding the process.
