Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. You will help clients purchase under-construction properties from leading builders across the city. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you’ll be involved in every stage of the customer journey—from the first conversation to the final closure.
As a Sales Executive, you will guide buyers throughout their home-buying journey:
* 📞 Call and follow up with interested buyers
* 💬 Connect with leads on WhatsApp and schedule meetings
* 🏘 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
* 🚗 Conduct site visits and property presentations
* 🤝 Meet clients at the office, project sites, or their homes when required
* 🔁 Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads
* 📈 Work towards monthly sales targets and celebrate successful closures
We’re looking for someone who is:
* ✨ An excellent communicator and confident speaker
* 😊 Presentable, proactive, and self-motivated
* 🛵 Comfortable traveling across Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits
* 💼 Experienced in Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or other B2C sectors (preferred but not mandatory)
* 🌱 A fresher with strong communication and interpersonal skills is also welcome to apply
