Job Role:
- Handle inbound customer calls for US banking process
- Resolve queries efficiently with high accuracy
- Meet daily SLAs, targets & performance metrics
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality
- Stay updated with process changes and guidelines
