Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliances, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filings, TDS, financial reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Verify invoices, input tax credit (ITC), and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and maintain proper compliance records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate2–5 years of experience in accounting, GST, and compliance.
