Operation Manager

Job Summary

Vedika Enterprises is looking for a highly result-oriented Operations Manager to manage day-to-day Mini Poclain machine operations, manpower planning, machine utilization, maintenance coordination, and operational profitability. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine working hours, minimum downtime, and smooth coordination between Operations, Maintenance, Billing, Accounts, and Field Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines become operational daily.
• Supervise and get the work done from Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and Field Teams.
• Monitor machine utilization and reduce idle time.
• Plan machine allocation, shifting, and operator deployment.
• Handle site-related operational issues and client coordination.
• Ensure timely maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Control operational and maintenance costs.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS data.
• Team Management.
• Take immediate corrective actions whenever any machine remains idle.

Required Skills

• Strong Operations Management experience.
• Team handling and manpower management min 2 years exp is must
• Machine/Fleet/Equipment utilization planning.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Cost control and productivity improvement.
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

Preferred Industry Construction Equipment, Machinery Rental, Infrastructure, Logistics, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment Operations.
