Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Handle staff complaints, solve workplace conflicts, and support engagement activities.
- Operations & Payroll: Track attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and company guidelines.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files and update internal HR databases (HRMS).
Requirements and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software/HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
