Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate sales, support store promotions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
• Receive inbound calls and assist customers with product enquiries, orders, complaints, and store information.
• Promote ongoing offers, festive campaigns, and new product launches.
• Follow up with customers regarding home delivery, order status, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Meet daily call and customer engagement targets.
• Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience on every call.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Retail, or FMCG (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and POS/CRM systems is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
