Warehouse Executive

Job Skills:

• Basic Computer Knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Basic knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations.

• Good Communication & Coordination Skills.

• Ability to maintain records and documentation.

• Knowledge of Material Receipt, Storage and Dispatch Procedures.

• Basic understanding of ERP software will be an added advantage.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Store and Dispatch activities.

• Receive, verify and record inward materials from vendors.

• Maintain inventory records and stock registers.

• Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of materials.

• Prepare dispatch documentation including Delivery Challans, Packing Lists and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for timely dispatches.

• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

• Coordinate with Purchase Department for material availability.

• Support Production Department by issuing materials as per requirements.

• Maintain inward and outward material records.

• Assist in stock verification and periodic inventory audits.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.

• Maintain documentation related to inventory, dispatch and logistics activities.

• Perform any other store or logistics-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
