Job Description

An HR Executive manages the daily operations of the human resources department, serving as the bridge between employees and management. Their core duties span talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and labor law compliance. [1]


A comprehensive breakdown of specific HR Executive roles and responsibilities includes:


1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, from drafting job descriptions and posting on platforms like LinkedIn to screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Conduct induction and orientation for new hires, verify documents, and ensure they are equipped to integrate smoothly into the company culture. [2, 3]

2. Employee Relations and Culture

  • Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employees to voice concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a harmonious environment.
