About the RolePayplex Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core PHP, Laravel Framework, system architecture, API development, large-scale database management, Redis, real-time communication systems, and application performance optimization.

The candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, code quality management, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-performance applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Architect and develop enterprise-level backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Design and optimize microservices and distributed application architectures.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance database architectures.
• Implement Redis-based caching, queues, and session management solutions.
• Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets and event-driven architecture.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
