Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and accurate Data Entry Operator to enter, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Respponsibilities:
- Enter and update accurately in the system.
- Verify and maintain records with high accuracy.
- Review data for errors and correct them when required.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Generate basic reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and Time Management.
- Good communication skills.
