Job Description

Job Title:

  • Field Executive – Collection & Recovery


Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives for our debt collection agency. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection and recovery process of bad debts from customers on behalf of various Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, and Fintech Companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recover outstanding dues and bad debts for various financial products, including Secured Loans, Unsecured Loans.
  2. Visit customers directly in assigned field locations to negotiate outstanding payments and ensure quick recovery.
  3. Execute the collection process strictly adhering to the company's guidelines and compliance regulations.
  4. Maintain daily field activity logs and submit accurate collection reports to the management on time.
