Reconciliation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of:
• Credit card collections
• Amazon seller platform settlements
• Payment gateways (B-now, Paytm, Pine labs etc.)
• Bank statements
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing entries, and unmatched transactions

Pass journal entries for:

• Receipts and settlements
• Fees, charges, and commissions
• Refunds and reversals
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately
• Ensure proper accounting of TDS, GST, and other statutory components (if applicable)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, payment gateways) for issue resolution
• Prepare reconciliation reports and MIS statements for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in accounts and reconciliation

Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting principles
• Journal entries and ledger posting
• Bank reconciliation

Hands-on experience with:

• Accounting software (APX, Tally etc.)
• Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon) and payment gateways is highly preferred
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
