Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at our Kanpur OPD cum Pharmacy Branch.

Key Responsibilities

-        Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

-        Promote Pharmacy, OPD, Diagnostic, and Dental services.

-        Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.

-        Develop new referral networks and business opportunities.

-        Visit schools, offices, industries, and residential communities to promote our healthcare services.

-        Maintain a database of prospective patients and referral sources.

-        Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

-        Submit daily field activity and business development reports.

Eligibility

-        Graduate in any discipline.

-        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-        Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

-        Willing to travel locally for field visits.

-        Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

-        Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, insurance, or marketing will be preferred.
