*Job Title: Banking Executive – Banking Operations*

### *Job Summary*

SLV Traders is hiring Banking Executives for Banking Operations. This is a backend, non-voice role handling documentation and processing work related to banking products. Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking for stable day shift jobs.


### *Key Responsibilities*

- Handle end-to-end backend operations for banking processes

- Process and verify documents for accounts, loans, and other banking products

- Data entry, record maintenance, and updating customer details in CRM/system

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TAT and accuracy

- Prepare daily reports and MIS as per process requirements

- Follow compliance, RBI guidelines, and data confidentiality protocols

- Resolve backend queries and discrepancies without customer calling


### *Eligibility*

- *Education*: Any Graduate – B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc preferred. PUC/12th pass can apply

- *Experience*:

- Freshers eligible

- Experienced candidates from banking, BPO/KPO, finance backend preferred

- *Skills*: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, typing speed 25+ WPM, good accuracy

- *Language*: Basic English + local language. No voice process


### *Salary & Benefits*

- *Freshers*: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

- *Experienced*: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month _or_ 15% hike on last drawn salary based on salary slip

- *Statutory Benefits*: PF, ESI as per norms

- *Leaves*: Sunday fixed off, Saturday half day, Government holidays off


### *Work Schedule*

- *Timing*: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- *Working Days*: Monday to Saturday

- *Saturday*: Half day

- *Sunday*: Weekly off

- *Holidays*: All Government holidays applicable


### *Additional Details*

- *Joining*: Immediate joiners preferred

- *Training*: Process training provided for selected candidates

- *Growth*: Performance-based increments and growth opportunities
